Feedback on Calls: Summaries, feedback, and actionable recommendations based on recorded calls, provided for your benefit and improvement.

Automatic Recommendations for Follow-Ups: AI-driven suggestions for following up with contacts to keep your network engaged.

Calendar Sync: Integration with your calendar to streamline scheduling and manage availability.
These features, and others that may be introduced, are experimental in nature and may not always be available. Capivara reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or make improvements to any feature at its discretion.
5. Consent to Use Data
By using Capivara’s services, you consent to our use of your data for service-related purposes, including but not limited to:

Sending emails to networking contacts (“receiving parties”) on your behalf as part of the services you agree to use.

6. Consent to Record Calls
As part of Capivara’s services, you consent to the recording of calls conducted through the platform. These recordings enable Capivara to provide summaries, personalized feedback, and suggested actions to support and enhance your networking experience. Recorded calls are used solely for your benefit and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this feature, you acknowledge and accept that Capivara may record and analyze your calls to improve and deliver our services effectively.
7. License Grant
By providing any content, information, or data to Capivara, you grant Capivara a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to copy, create derivative works from, store, and publish your content and data as necessary to provide and enhance our services. This license enables Capivara to develop, improve, and deliver services based on user content. Capivara reserves the right to store and make copies of your data regardless of whether it is ever shared with third parties, solely for internal use and service optimization.
8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Use

Capivara provides a platform to facilitate networking; however, due to the complexity and dynamic nature of the technology, our services may sometimes produce errors. Capivara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, guidance, or assistance provided, whether by Capivara staff, AI, or on our website. You acknowledge and accept that errors may occur, and that you are using the service with this understanding.
Capivara is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from errors or inaccuracies in the service, including but not limited to damages caused by incorrect information, miscommunications, or missed connections.
10. Limitation of Liability and Release of Liability
Capivara’s services are provided "as is," and we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or accuracy of our services or any third-party applications or content accessible through our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Capivara, its employees, officers, and agents from any liability for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Capivara platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken in reliance on information provided by Capivara’s platform, services, or representatives.

All content, software, technology, trademarks, and service marks on the Capivara platform are the property of Capivara Group, Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to duplicate, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content or service provided by Capivara without express permission from Capivara.
12. Service Continuity and Updates
Capivara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, with or without notice. Although we strive to ensure that all information on our website, including product features and pricing, is accurate, some information may occasionally be outdated or contain errors. Capivara is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or misrepresentations regarding service offerings.
