AI Scheduler: An AI-powered scheduling assistant to help manage appointments and sync them with your calendar.
AI Assistant and Coach ("Cappy"): Capivara’s AI Assistant drafts and responds to messages based on data you provide and offers personalized coaching on networking strategies.
Call Recording & Summaries: AI-driven call summaries and recommendations based on recorded voice interactions.
Access to a Database of US-Based Business Professionals: Access to a broad network of business professionals in the United States to support your outreach efforts.
Feedback on Calls: Summaries, feedback, and actionable recommendations based on recorded calls, provided for your benefit and improvement.
Automatic Recommendations for Follow-Ups: AI-driven suggestions for following up with contacts to keep your network engaged.
Calendar Sync: Integration with your calendar to streamline scheduling and manage availability.

These features, and others that may be introduced, are experimental in nature and may not always be available. Capivara reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or make improvements to any feature at its discretion.

5. Consent to Use Data

By using Capivara’s services, you consent to our collection and use of your data for service-related purposes, including but not limited to:

Using your name to create an email address and send emails on your behalf.
Sending emails to networking contacts (“receiving parties”) on your behalf as part of the services you agree to use.
Replying to emails based on data collected on you or provided by you.
Recording and analyzing your voice conversations with Cappy.
Using data to improve and develop Capivara’s services.
Using your data for potential future purposes, provided such uses comply with applicable privacy laws.

You agree to let us use your data in these ways to enable effective networking and support interactions with potential connections. Capivara may also use your data to improve our service and personalize your experience.

6. Consent to Record Voice Conversations

By using Cappy, Capivara’s AI Networking Assistant, you consent to the recording of voice conversations under the following conditions:

When you initiate a call with Cappy through the Capivara platform.
When you provide your phone number to Capivara to receive a call from Cappy.
Use of Recorded Conversations
Capivara records conversations for the following purposes:
Enhancing user experience by learning from interactions.
Providing personalized networking recommendations.
Improving Cappy’s performance and AI capabilities.
Facilitating networking connections.
Future product and service improvements.

Voice data may be stored and analyzed, including for potential future purposes that align with Capivara’s mission, provided such uses comply with applicable privacy laws.

7. License Grant

By providing any content, information, or data to Capivara, you grant Capivara a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to copy, create derivative works from, store, and publish your content and data as necessary to provide and enhance our services. This license enables Capivara to develop, improve, and deliver services based on user content. Capivara reserves the right to store and make copies of your data regardless of whether it is ever shared with third parties, solely for internal use and service optimization.

8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Use

Capivara will not sell your personal information. However, we may share your data with:

Service Providers: Third-party vendors assisting with hosting, analytics, service delivery, or other third-parties for the normal operations of the business.

You acknowledge and accept that errors may occur, and that you are using the service with this understanding.

Capivara is not responsible nor liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from errors or inaccuracies in the service, including but not limited to damages caused by incorrect information, miscommunications, or missed connections.

10. Limitation of Liability and Release of Liability

Capivara’s services are provided "as is," and we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or accuracy of our services or any third-party applications or content accessible through our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Capivara, its employees, officers, and agents from any liability for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Capivara platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. All content, software, technology, trademarks, and service marks on the Capivara platform are the property of Capivara Group, Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to duplicate, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content or service provided by Capivara without express permission from Capivara.

12. Service Continuity and Updates

Capivara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, with or without notice. Although we strive to ensure that all information on our website, including product features and pricing, is accurate, some information may occasionally be outdated or contain errors. Capivara is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or misrepresentations regarding service offerings.
